Our experienced staff of contractor, engineers, planners, supervisors, material suppliers, amply supported by a large seasoned labour force, has the knowledge and ability to plan, design, supervise and construct as per the clients’ needs. In addition to our facilities and workforce, continuous review and research activities assist us substantially in serving our customers using up-to-date techniques and equipment. Our manpower is our asset and we lay complete concern about their safety and security.
We ensure our employee full transperancy and all possible comfort as per the laws of the country. Our web-based HR software enables to get all required information online by simply using their ID and password.

We are OHSAS 18001:2015 certified. SCIPL is committed to providing a high standard of services to our clients, while ensuring the protection of all employees, subcontractors, visitors and the environment.

To achieve this objective, we

Provide periodic as well as need based trainings to our employees and sub contractors.
Recognise employees for their commitment and performance in relation to health, safety and the environment.
Apply a risk-based approach to all activities of the company to identify and control all hazards to an acceptable level.
Develop emergency response plans for potential incidents to mitigate their effects.
Maintain the highest levels of reporting and investigation of all incidents, hazards and near misses that have the potential to impact on SCIPL’s operations.
Ensure compliance to OHSAS 18001 : 2015.

QMS Policy

SCIPL is committed to providing a high standard of service to our clients, by demonstrating our ability to deliver the highest possible levels of products/service with quality, timeliness and value for money. The primary objective of SCIPL’s QMS Policy is to establish and maintain the quality management system that enables us to meet our project objectives and the requirements of our clients to ensure their full satisfaction. It is the responsibility of managers and supervisors to ensure that this policy is implemented and maintained at all levels within SCIPL. It is the responsibility of all employees to contribute to fully meeting customers’ satisfaction and requirements, by complying with all approved company procedures, processes and instructions. This policy applies to all SCIPL controlled activities.

Strictly comply and implement the management system that conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.
Implement and maintain plans, procedures and documents to ensure the achievement of a high level of quality.
Periodically conduct audits and management reviews to ensure that our quality management system is fully implemented and efficient.
